Different Names
In the film, Katrina's mother's maiden name is Fenwick, though in the novelization it is Kierstadt. It is also Kierstadt in the alternate drawing of the Van Tassel family tree found in The Art of Sleepy Hollow (page 33). You'll notice that Lady Van Tassel/Mary Archer has her maiden name as Preston in the film version of the Van Tassel family tree. Though in The Art of Sleepy Hollow, seen on the same alternate drawing as mentioned earlier, her name appears to be Abigail Fletcher.
In the alternate Van Tassel tree, there is a Phillip Van Garrett, but no Peter or Dirk. There is no other Van Garrett among the final and highest branches other than that of Phillip. His death is dated as taking place in 1799, so one can assume he is none other than the patriarch of the family.

The Inkworks trading card series has the Widow Winship as the Widow Windsor.
Steenwyck is mistakenly referred to as Parson Steenwyck at one point in the script in The Art of Sleepy Hollow. The trading cards have him as Father Steenwyck. Though it is virtually impossible to read the sign outside the church in the film, there do not appear to be enough letters in the title before Steenwyck's name to spell 'Reverend'. It seems to read Parson or Pastor.
In the film, when Ichabod is sorting through his notes, trying to make a connection between the townspeople, we can see that Notary Hardenbrook is in two spots called 'Lawyer Hardenbrook'.
However, when Ichabod removes a paper from under Young Masbath's shoe in the same sequence, Hardenbrook has returned to his former title of Notary.
Focusing on one of the papers in a photo above, the names of Katrina's mother and stepmother are Elizabeth Kierstadt and Abigail Fletcher.
